1. Donation amounts are not refundable in any case. Double check the amount you want to donate before submission.
2. If we discontinue a fund where you have already donated, the amount will not be refunded. It will be transferred to another charitable fund.
3. If you donate mistakenly, you must inform us within 24 hours. If we found the request valid, we will initiate the refund process within 10 working days. It may take additional time for bank and payment gateway to respond.
If we do not receive the amount despite you have been charged, it is your responsibility to the refund amount from your payment channel(bank/ mobile banking service).
